职位信息 Position Summary
1. Perform the analyze and review for the revenue and cost items as well as profitability for projects, support the decision-making in both operational and commercial level.
2. Support development of financial models, assemble and summerize data to structure reports on quotation or cost analysis.
3. Enable to support identification of risks in terms of revenue and cost using benchmarking of internal/external data;
4. Understand operational and commercial related processes including cross-functional touch points to act as an advisor who can support business development management.
This role requires a strong background of knowledge & experience regarding international logistics, FMCG, eCommerce operation, high attention & sensitiveness to customers insights, competitive sense and a solid understanding of best practices for the management of content data.
The person in this role will need to be comfortable working both as part of a team and autonomously, effective with juggling various projects simultaneously, and solution oriented in their working style.
岗位职责：
1. 协助财务总监完成公司（一级经营部）和二级、三级经营部的年度预算编制和月度预算使用分析，预算内调整和预算外支出；
2. 负责各级经营部日常收入、成本和损益的滚动预测；跟进超目标业务问题及改善方案，改善进度和效果；
3. 负责各级经营部日常经营分析报告的出具；
4. 参与总部费用中心各部门和经营单元二、三级经营指标考核的设定；
5. 多维数据分析管理体系/模型的建立与应用，定期对业务进行专题深度分析，提交各项分析监测报告，为管理层作业务决定提供有效信息；
6. 负责完善OTC流程管理以及审计问题关差的跟进，确保流程体系无断点，无风险。针对核算风险、税务风险问题制定可规避的关差方案，并按期推进；
7. 负责全国账务核算总体管理，提升核算质量，风险体系的持续优化；
8. 团队管理：岗位梳理、职责确定，定期优化考核机制以及各岗位的专业化培训。
9. 运营数据：
- 从数据端协助经营管理部流程优化完成对各条线运营过程监控，及时发现业务异常情况
- 负责业务各角色业务绩效指标的系统取数和统计；
- 数据质量、数据录入及时性、系统操作规范、考核，参与运营管理办法的制定；
10. 经营数据：
- 负责公司总部从各信息系统中对各业务单元/各业务线的相关经营数据处理、统计及分析；开发各类BI报表，编制和报送各种统计报表报告；
- 协助经营管理部和各大航线完成客户、供应商合作统计分析，制作船东合作数据统计PPT；负责管理层商业洽谈的数据支持；
任职条件：
1. 大学本科及以上学历，***会计学、财务管理或审计专业毕业；
2. 具有中级会计师及以上证书，CPA考过2门以上优先考虑；
3. 熟悉操作财务软件（用友或金碟）、Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件；
4. 熟悉一般纳税人、小规模纳税人等报税相关知识，具有全盘账务处理经验；
5. 从事会计工作3年以上，具有敏锐的数据分析能力和经验，具有数据共享中心或者财务信息系统使用、建设、维护经验；
6. 有3-5人的团队带领经验，特别优秀的可以特殊考虑；
7. 熟悉国家财经政策和会计、税务法规；
8. 具备较好的逻辑分析能力，态度端正，服从安排，高度的责任感，良好的沟通表达能力、抗压能力和团队合作意识；
9. 具备以下经验者优先
- 快销食品、有机植物基食品及冲饮类目从业经验
- 国际货运代理从业经验，特别是海外业务
- 了解阿米巴经营体系（特别是经营会计报表、内部交易定价）为佳。
