JOB DESCRIPTION 职位描述

1. 根据公司发展战略，规划、领导与执行青岛分公司的各项工作

1.1 规划山东区域发展、制订年度经营目标，并分解到季度、月、周。确保经营目标的可执行性并率领团队达成经营目标（权责发生制和现金收付制）

1.2 制订并形成山东区域达成经营目标后的超额利润分配方案

1.3 精进青岛分公司组织架构，修订分公司关键职位的岗位职责，考核方案和工作标准；持续招募优化分公司人员配置

1.4 根据“经营***化、费用＊小化”的原则，在公司授权下管理分公司的费用支出

1.5 承接公司发展战略和业务需求，优化分公司职能和组织架构；

1.6 在公司总部指导下，参与航线价格优化、定价、航线供应商日常维护、舱位协调

2. 沟通、教练与赋能

2.1 为分公司员工提供信息、人际关系管理、上传下达；呈现作为分公司经理的各项技能

2.2 合理管理团队成员工作状况，协调、应对各类突发状况

2.3 培养、激励、教导团队，形成分公司人才梯队；有效授权团队成员

2.4 总结并持续精进公司在美洲航线的优势及特点，对业务发展团队和客服服务团队进行航线培训及报价指导

PERSONAL CAPABILITIES & EDUCATION 岗位要求

 Minimum 5 years working experience in international freight forwarders  五年以上国际货运代理企业工作经验

 Minimum 3 years of management experience  三年以上管理工作经验

 CET 4 or above is a must  英语四级以上

 Strong sense of responsibility  责任心强

 Reliability, Honesty, Capability of leadership  诚信、可靠、有领导力

 Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics and supply chain  对于物流行业各个环节具备全面知识

Excellent communication skill in both Chinese and English  中英文沟通流利（口语和书面）

The operation background is a plus 有实际操作经验者优先录用

Bachelor's degree is a plus  大专以上学历，本科优先录用

Experience of Transpacific or Asia-Europe routes (North America, Latin America or AE) is a plus 欧美航线经验优先录用
