职位信息 Position  Summary

This role requires a  strong background of knowledge & experience regarding international freight forwarding operation, Transpacific eastbound lane, shipping documentation, high attention & sensitiveness to  customers insights, competitive sense and a solid understanding of best  practices for the management of shipping data. 

The person in this role  will need to be comfortable working both as part of a team and autonomously,  effective with juggling various projects simultaneously, and solution oriented  in their working style.

职位描述 Responsibilities

1. 带领团队完成日常AMS、ACI、ISF 的及时申报录入及质量把控

2. 带领团队完成日常HB/L、MB/L、VGM的及时申报录入及质量把控

3. 沟通各个口岸更新整理类似AMS/ACI/ISF的工作时间截点，及超出截至时间点的额外成本费用

4. 整理团队业务SOP的流程，并根据日常工作问题，力求完善

5. 能够按照实际业务量进行团队工作合理分配

6. 对于单量数据的统计反馈

7. 对于团队各个岗位能有日常差错率的汇总处理能力

任职要求 Qualification

1）大专及以上学历，3年以上国际货运代理相关领域工作经验

2）美国加拿大航线经验优先，具备领导力

3）熟练使用WORD/ EXCEL等办公软件，对数字敏感，有较强的数据统计分析能力

4）具备良好的管理、沟通以及协调能力

5）工作积极主动、责任心强，有较强的团队合作意识
